Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.2. Throw all ingredients, except chocolate chips into a blender or food processor. Blend until batter is smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips.3. Divide batter through 12 muffin tins.4.
