Insurance and Billing

The credit card on file will be automatically charged when the claim is returned by the insurance company.
The Billing Dept will investigate the denial per the benefits. If denial is correct per the insurance company the credit card on file will be processed
Use your Healthie app: payment method - add new card and set as default.
- To enforce our late cancellation/no show policy.
- For out of pocket costs due to denials, deductible and co insurances.
Physician referrals are required for all UPMC plans, Medicare plans, and Medicaid plans.
We cannot schedule appointments for UPMC, Medicare, or Medicaid plans without a prior referral. Medicare plans require a referral with a diagnosis of diabetes or kidney disease; otherwise, the cost will be out-of-pocket
Appointments
We offer both in-person and virtual appointments to clients within our licensed states, which currently include Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, North Carolina, and Florida. As a growing practice, we are continuously expanding our locations to better serve our clients. If you're located outside these states, feel free to reach out to see if we are licensed in your area or actively working to obtain licensure.
Initial consultations are 60 mins long, follow up appointments are between 30-60 mins based on need.
We take a personalized approach to your wellness journey, recognizing that each individual’s needs are unique. Our "Case-Specific Approach" means that the number of visits required will vary based on your specific goals and circumstances. We’ll collaborate with you to create a customized plan that aligns with your lifestyle while ensuring you achieve the results you’re aiming for.

It is important to keep in mind that any changes to your appointment must be done more than 24 hours in advance to avoid any late appointment change fees. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment you must provide notice via healthie chat, email or phone AND it must be sent with a minimum notice of 24-hours (from the start of your appointment). Please login to your healthie app to see the full cancellation policy.
