Makes 6 servings, keep in refrigerator as breakfast for the week.Ingredients1 ½ cup oats1/2 cup chopped nuts1/2 cup dried fruit1/4 cup seeds (any you like – sunflower, pumpkin, flax, sesame)1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp salt1.25 cups skim milk1 egg1 tsp vanillaDirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degreesMix dry ingredientsMix wet ingredientsPour wet into dry. Stir to combinePour into a 9×9 baking dish either coated in cooking spray or lined with parchmentBake for 40 minutesCut into 6 squaresEnjoy hot or cold!
